From the outset, I wish to reject this Committee’s Report. When we sat as a Committee, we realised that hon. Mututho has passion and is a brave fellow. He has the gravitas, the energy, the zeal and he can do what most of us might not be able to do. When I was in Parliament, he was passionate about drug issues. Indeed, he moved a Motion on the same and I am sure when he moved this Motion, he became a celebrity in this country."}
