So, therefore, if we fail to amend this clause, it is going to fixate what we have done by amending Sub-section 1 because of the existence of the expression: “Despite Sub-section 1.” So, therefore, for us to bring clarity and give effect to what we have done in amending Sub-section 1, we have, therefore, to do away with Sub-section 2."}
