Article 245 (4) of the Constitution reads in part:- “---no person may give a direction to the Inspector-Generalwith respect to – (a) the investigation and any particular offence or offences” It is very clear. I have looked at this report to get the petition or an affidavit by the Inspector-General, I have not got it. I asked whether the IG appeared before the Committee and I was told he did not. This is a serious matter and the methodology and the process must meet the threshold."}
