Member in order to mislead the House that the only ground for removing a commissioner from the office is a serious violation of the Constitution? My reading of Article 251(1) (a) through to (e) actually gives five grounds amongst which are:- “(b) gross misconduct, whether in the performance of the member’s or office holder’s functions or otherwise.
