I would like to start by saying that, as a Chair of Committee, I really support the initial report that was presented by the Departmental Committee on Lands. I took time, as a friend of the Committee, to participate and hear what hon. Charity Ngilu had to say. So, I fully supported the initial report. But with the amendment, I feel that I do not support it. I would like to say a few words about it. First of all, I would like to say that hon. Charity Ngilu, for most of us who know her, is a person who does her work.
