This matter has been canvassed and transacted by this Committee for months, if I am not wrong and if the hon. Member felt that this matter would be subjudice, it would have been proper to approach the Committee or the House at that time because a committee is a creation of the House. I am concerned because last week when I asked for postponement of debate on this report, there were concerns that probably over the weekend issues would come out which would compromise the debate on this matter. I feel pained that probably I have provided an avenue for some of us to do just that."}
