Speaker, and this is as read with the provisions of Standing Order No107 – Grossly disorderly conduct – which states: “Conduct is grossly disorderly if the Member concerned- (i) creates actual disorder; (ii) knowingly raises a false point of order; (iii) uses or threatens violence against a Member or other person; (iv) persists in making serious allegations without, in the Speaker’s opinion, adequate substantiation; (v) otherwise abuses his or her privileges; (vi) deliberately gives false information to the House; (vii) votes more than once in breach of these Standing Orders; (viii) commits any serious breach of these Standing Orders; or (ix) acts in any other way to the serious detriment of the dignity or disorderly procedure of the House.”"}
