Kaluma to be saying that the Executive is likely to come up and say: “Look, we have been slapped with this court decision which has made this award---” Unless we are saying that we want the Executive to disregard the Judiciary or court decisions. The way to deal with court decisions is to appeal. I think I was very clear even in my earlier Communication that matters of this nature could very easily put us in a very big constitutional crisis. It is not just the Legislative arm because this will affect all the three arms of the Government."}
