Members, I do not have a vote in this matter. I have no preference at all. Whoever you choose to take to the Pan African Parliament (PAP) will be a Member of Parliament in the National Assembly and in the Senate of Kenya. So, as far as I am concerned, whoever you take from the two Houses will be representing Kenya. That is the long and short of it but remember you must make a decision today. Either we do not have Members in the PAP or we have Members. Whichever way, you must make up your mind on this. Proceed, hon. Kang’ata."}
