We are in a system that embraces the doctrine of separation of powers and the very reason why Parliament is called Parliament. I think I might have heard you saying this at some point. It comes on the same route as parlance; which is to debate or discuss. Hon. Speaker, we also know that we have come from a place where freedom of speech has been gagged for a long time. I do not think any attempt to go towards that direction should be embraced by this House. Hon.
