I know the many services that we expect from our Government can be attained. Most importantly, this Bill harmonizes the Constitution of this country. I believe that this is a Bill that everybody will be able to support with reasons, because we need a country where there is order and discipline, and where the rich pay taxes; we need a country where the poor benefit from the taxes paid by the rich. We need a country where the rich are also protected by the laws that we are make."}
