I wish the Minister could tell us the 44 districts. Kandara, where I come from, is not one of them. My neighbouring districts of Gatanga, Kigumo, Maragua and Kangema are also missing. So, I am wondering which are the 44 districts that the Government is talking about because that money is nowhere near where I come from."}
