We should be practical because this is a very small Bill. There are only four items to deal with. There are six sections in all. What of a Bill which has 100 sections with 20 to 50 proposed amendments? It would take us more than a week to finish a Bill. We have only today to finish with this Bill and return it to the National Assembly."}
