Member for Kandara is concerned about the general security of our borders with Ethiopia, Somalia, Sudan and Uganda. I would like the hon. Member to appreciate the fact that Somalia is a failed State. So, there are no authorities with whom we can interact, but we share a border with Somalia. The authorities in Mogadishu are not in control of the territory that borders Kenya, which we call “Jubaland”. That is why we have got the Al Shabaab militia there."}
