We have just voted and lost a very important amendment to this Motion. In doing so, I think we overlooked the provisions of Standing Order No.68. Where thresholds are set clearly in the Standing Orders or in the law, like if we had brought a constitutional Bill, we will only go to vote if the Chair and the House is satisfied that we have a requisite minimum requirement.
