I did not expect anything less for a man with the privilege of being my year mate at the university. You have done a wonderful job. I have gone through your report and it is actually excellent. It is all encompassing, deep, and clear and gives a way forward. It talks about simple things that matter in this country. Madam Temporary Speaker, three years ago, I talked to President Thabo Mbeki of South Africa and he told me: “My brother, you cannot believe this.
