Speaker, first, I am not sure whether what has been presented here is a Report because it bears no name of the person responding to the request, unless the Chairman is the one doing so. It is not signed, unless he has another Report. I have with me here a Report comprising of only five leaves of paper, which are not signed, and which bear no name of the person responding to the Statement request. Therefore, this is not a serious Report. We have been waiting for it for a very long time and they have taken us for a ride. Other than that, the Sports Stadia Management Board has actually failed the country, because they have not taken the opportunity to use the stadia in the country innovatively."}
