I wish to contribute to this Bill. First, I want to thank the Minister who has brought this Bill to this House. I have gone through it and I can say that, overall, it is quite good. The processes for appointment of a chairperson are very clear. The process for appointment of commissioners is very clear and I am very happy that all the commissions that will be involved will be appointing their own representatives competitively. So, I would say that the process is clear."}
