It is not clear from this Bill about all the reports and recommendations that the Commission will be generating. How will they finally be approved or ratified for implementation? Probably, I need to be educated on what will happen because I have read this Bill and I have not seen how those reports will be presented to a particular body that will eventually say: “Yes, we have looked at these recommendations and we believe they are right and, therefore, should be implemented.”"}
