May I also thank the Leader of Majority Party, even as I support the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill. I am still a little worried about a clause that we did not quite articulate. We need to think about it. We have given the Cabinet Secretary a free hand and a blank cheque, so to speak, to be able to remove a percentage of the levies that will remain with the board. I would like Mhe . Duale to listen so that we can see how to interrogate that in future, because we should not give this Cabinet Secretary such a free hand. He can remove 99 per cent of the levy because we have said a certain percentage, without giving a limit. That is my only worry and I do not think I will sleep very well today. So, we need to think about it and we can maybe include it in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill of 2014."}
