I am afraid that we must stop there because we must comply with Standing Order No.208 which provides as follows:- “The Speaker may allow comments, observations, or clarifications in relation to a petition presented and such total time shall not exceed five minutes.” That is mandatory. So, we must stop there. I direct that this petition be committed to the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security who shall then be expected to make a Statement to the House on the Petition within 21 days from the date hereof."}
