I rise on a very different issue. On 4th of June this year the hon. Speaker made a very interesting ruling regarding a report by the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) to the effect that the words “hustler jet” should be removed from that Report. Today, I rise on an almost similar matter, based on Standing Order No.199(5) and (6). This is with regard to the report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and I would like to seek your guidance on that report before it is brought up for debate.
