I noted with great concern attempts by some Members of Parliament to introduce Bills that would introduce contraceptives in our schools. That is not a very encouraging and good thing to do. Really, we must aim for abstention from the causes of HIV/AIDS, mainly sexual intercourse at a young age, or outside marriage. These are issues in which we need to carry out sensitization campaigns in order to limit the spread of this very dangerous pandemic."}
