One member is on a point of order, and another one is either shouting or yelling purporting to be also on a point of order. In any event, if you want to later claim to be on a point of order, just make a request or intervention. There is a slot for interventions. Do not sit in your place and shout “point of order”. That will not help, because I am not able to see you. Even if you shout, I will look down and will not see anything. Therefore, I do not know who it is that is making those pronouncements about points of order. Proceed, hon. Ng’ongo."}
