I would like to start by saying that the Government is not doing enough. We have seen the Ministry of Agriculture mishandle issues of fertilizers, seeds, maize distribution, afflatoxin, et cetera . Therefore, I call upon the Committee we are forming to be very firm, so that we do not have the same problems recurring next year. I would like this Committee to be able to identify failures in Government, and the people who are unable to deliver to mwananchi . Part of the problem we have is cartels, and corruption in the Ministry of Energy. How much does this contribute to the cost of living?
