Rachael Nyamai. On 23rd April, 2014, the Member for Kitui South Constituency, hon. (Dr.) Rachael Nyamai requested for a Statement on alleged existence of aliens in Kitui South and Mutha/Mathima Wards in Kitui. The Member wanted to know the following:- (i) the measures that the Government has taken to ensure that our county is not invaded by aliens in particular through the Kolbio-Bura-Mutha-Kitui, Kolbio-Ijara- Garsen and Kolbio-Garissa roads."}
