The monies that we collect; the taxes that we collect, if we applied them properly, I dare say and I have been in governance structures, that we can actually have free or almost free education. We can have almost free good health care; universal health care but it is a menace that we just give lip service. We talk about it casually and we do not go into serious legislation. I am waiting for hon. Kang’ata’s amendment that proposes that we have capital punishment for some level of corruption. We must look at those areas as we improve our taxes."}
