I rise on a point of order as per Standing Order Nos.83 and 107. Is it in order for hon. Wanga to use un- parliamentary language that this House is demonizing governors, when she knows I have a lot of respect for my own governor; Governor Mandago? In fact, I have never used un- parliamentary language against him. In fact, I think what the Senate merely did cannot be imported into this House. So, would I be in order to ask you to order hon. Wanga to withdraw parts of her innuendos that we can demonize governors? I am on a very serious point of order and she knows I am aware of the Standing Orders."}
