If you look at the relevant Standing Orders, you will notice that it is not mandatory that the Prime Minister must deliver a Statement when we get to that point. So, given the prevailing circumstances, he has left to attend to a matter that is urgent and of critical national importance. In those circumstances, there has been communication from the Prime Minister’s Office that he will not be able to deliver this Statement today. It will, obviously, be delivered at the earliest opportunity, which we anticipate will be during Prime Minister’s Time next Wednesday. So, Members will have to bear with him. Next Order!"}
