So, I wonder which chapter this Statement is meant to refer to. I think they wanted to talk about an Article of the Constitution, and not a chapter. It is wrong that it should be allowed to stand as it is, given that it is part of the record of this House. Maybe, the Chairperson can respond to this bit."}
