Melly appoint another Member as his Acting Vice-Chair. I can confirm that we do not have a similar situation in the Departmental Committee on Health. The Chair is not on maternity leave neither is the Vice-Chair on paternal leave. They were fit as of yesterday and the answer will be given in three weeks. I will pass the message to the Chair. I am sure they are busy dealing with the Ebola virus, the striking doctors and the crisis in the counties."}
