The Government wrote to KRA on 4th May, 2010. They said that they did not have an answer. I wrote to KRA yesterday and they gave me an answer. They told me thus: “From records held in this Office, we have confirmed that Tiger Enterprise registered for a tax number online and obtained a PIN in July, 2010. However, the details of the directors of the same company are not in our records”. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have also confirmed that such a company does not exist with the Registrar of Companies. So, if a Back Bencher can have this information from the Government, what about the Government itself?"}
