As hon. Nkaisserry has put--- We were challenged the other day by Governor Kabogo. He said that if you passed a constitutional issue by changing those constitutional timelines, why do you not do it in Parliament? All we need is your goodwill. I totally believe that hon. Kabogo had a point that if we can be able to change some constitutional issues in Parliament, then we need to give--- In fact, I do not want to give my work to somebody else. I do not want to give my work to the people who elected me. I want to do my work as hon. Gikaria and be able to change the aspects that they require in Parliament."}
