The issue of abuse of dominance is covered in another section of the Competition Act. I am trying to correct that by deleting the words “abuse of dominance”, and saying “be dominant”, so that it reads as follows: “Notwithstanding Sub-Section (1) an undertaking shall also be deemed to be in a dominant position for the purposes of this Act where the undertaking is” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
