This is not a small matter. We may take it as a small matter but the moment we just give in and accept what the Executive wants, the next thing is that we will make a decision and then something will be done and we will lose our face. We will lose the power that we have been given by the people of Kenya. I want to finish by saying that we should play oversight by bringing the Cabinet Secretaries here to ask them questions. We respect the President and he has asked for a stay of the new Standing Orders. If you can be honourable enough to tell us how long the stay should take, we will appreciate."}
