We are in a Catch 22 Situation because the purported owners of this property went to court. They are in court together with the KACC and they have a judgment in their favour. Therefore, it would be inappropriate for us to proceed without seeking some advice from the office of the Attorney-General as there is a clear order by the court that the status quo of the property should be maintained until final conclusion of the proceedings before the court."}
