I want to refer to a case in this House where the Minister appointed the Board of the KBC. This House had to tell him to go back and re-do the job. The other case was the appointment of the Managing Director of the same corporation, who was appointed without being subjected to a competitive process. This is in the records of this House. It is the same Ministry. Very notorious!"}
