This needs to be a multi-sectoral approach. We cannot leave it to the Ministry of Health to do it alone. I want to thank my colleague and the Health Committee for bringing up this matter. We need to know what the Ministry is doing. I know the Ministry is doing so much and Kenyans need to know that we are safe. In case of financial shortage, I think we are ready in the Supplementary Budget to give more money to the Ministry of Health. Thank you."}
