He did not know that this requires a two-thirds majority. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the Bill proposes to amend Section 17 by inserting a new subsection immediately after Section 17(3). The subsection that the President wants deleted says: The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."}
