What has happened is very unfortunate. Mine is just to appreciate all of us. We have come a long way. I know physiotherapists must be happy wherever they are now. I want to thank Members of my Committee led by our able Chairlady and Vice Chair. I know they gave a lot of commitment to this particular Bill and I am happy now that the Bill has come to be. I also want to thank Members of the National Assembly, especially those who have contributed. For those who have not contributed, I know you are in support of this and I want to say thank you very much. Physiotherapists have been practising without legislation for a very long time but I know with the passage of this Bill, this profession is actually going to conform with the new Constitution. And with this I know Kenyans will get better services. We are going to produce better physiotherapists and I know all of us are going to get better services from improved physiotherapy. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."}
