We are really concerned about this debate in the sense that it is a serious matter. I agree with Sen. Wetangula that we are talking about a very serious matter in Kenya. What is concerning me – and I would like to know whether it is in order – is our doubt without any reason, whether or not the Government’s position is correct. Under normal circumstances, when a nation is under attack from the outside, we would normally believe our own people more than we believe outsiders. There is a notion in this House that if you do not agree with some people, then you are automatically wrong."}
