You have dealt with one limb of my concern in relation to Order No.19, which I was going to plead with you to bring forward, so that we dispose of it. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the second limb has to do with the responsibility for Bills. If a three-star Bill comes to the House, it means that it is a product of a Committee. Ownership and credit should be given to the Committee and not the individual or Chairperson of the Committee. So, a better way of designating the originator of the Bill should be done, other than making it look as if it is an individual bringing the Bill, when it is a product of a full Committee. So, it should be listed either as a Bill from a particular Committee or giving it a better description than making it appear like Order Nos.10 and 11. They are products of a Committee in which I sit. So, it should not look as if it is an industry of an individual."}
