This is because if you are doing a report for the last one or two years, it is much easier to follow. However, reports which date back many years are not good. If you look at the Kenya Railways Corporation, for example, a lot of its assets were misappropriated by people who are still in this country, and some of them are still holding very senior positions. However, because it has taken a very long time for the reports to be tabled in this House, it becomes very difficult to be able to follow the history and apprehend suspects."}
