In one case, you are addressing technical competence but when you talk of Chapter Six, you are talking more of issues of integrity. I do not know whether the Society expects any level of competence in the secretary who is running the affairs or all that they require is somebody of integrity. If I were a lawyer, I would have insisted that this be there because this is--- In fact you need both; a technically qualified person to run it and also a person of integrity. So, I would oppose that amendment because it gives more competence. The LSK is a very important society in this country performing very important duties. So, I would oppose that."}
