However, in the case of the second one, I would like to be assured that the Report of the Committee is ready because we have reduced the time and it is an important Bill. When we have a Bill like this and the time is reduced yet the Committee Report is not available, we get ourselves into a bit of confusion. That is it hon. Speaker."}
