I am very sorry to say that yesterday, I called the Principal Secretary and she did not respond to my call. I sent her a message and told her that courtesy demands for her to answer a call. Up to this moment, she has not responded. This is not the first time. I understand that there is a lady at the Office of the President who has no respect whatsoever for Members of both Houses. When there was a retreat for the Jubilee Coalition in Naivasha, that issue was raised. I do not know what protection she has. I even called my friend and brother, Gen. Nkaissery, who was my deputy and he told me that he was in Kajiado. I asked him to ask her to sign that letter because it has been with her for the last four days. It is unfortunate that I will not be here the day after tomorrow otherwise, I would have summoned her. I will summon her here when I come back. She will not get away with it. So, my brother, bear with me because I have made all efforts. Even this afternoon, I called Hon. Nkaissery twice. He called me later but I was in prayer and so, we missed each other. I have not given up. I will deal with that woman."}
