Alcoholism is a challenge in the country and we have a duty to address it well. This kind of Motion makes all the difference. The boy-child in Kenya is endangered. We have invested too much time and energy on the girl-child at the expense of the boy- child. We are almost losing a generation, unless we do something. This Motion will go a long way in addressing that issue.
