The first one is on the operationalization of the Wildlife Act of 2013, noting that it became law in January 2014. A year later, it has still not been operationalized. I would like to know how long it would take to actualize that, noting that something like compensation for death or injury is not supposed to be a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and it is being treated as such."}
