However, as a matter of fact, we must balance our emotions with economics. I speak as the Chairman of a hospital for over 11 years â New Nyanza General Hospital. One of the biggest problems we have had to tackle is the issue of the mortuary. I know the same happens in the mortuary here. Our mortuaries in public hospitals are small, over- populated, under-funded, and it is the poor people who suffer. The service providers go through a lot of emotional stress to the effect that, sometimes, you feel that they are even behaving mechanically and un-emotionally."}
