Our brothers in the forces sometimes are very interesting. Just on a mere suspicion, rumour or jealousy, they may arrest somebody. Given the practical things that we see out there, I agree with the amendment. I have had cases where I have been forced to go to the police station to bail out somebody. When you interrogate the officer in charge, sometimes he does not have very good reasons for arrest."}
